How do I return merchandise?
Returns are easy, even if you have misplaced your return instructions. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.

What shipping and processing options are available?
We offer two types of shipping and processing: standard and rush delivery.

Standard Shipping and Processing. Standard shipments should arrive within 2-7 business days of receipt of the order. Note: items on backorder will ship separately at no charge to you if multiple shipments are required. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be sent UPS Priority at an addition charge of $12.00 per shipment in addition to the UPS Ground Shipping rate below. There is an additional $15.00 charge in addition to any other expedited service charge above.

How is sales tax charged?
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped within IL at a rate of 6.75%.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders or extra large gift boxes cannot be sent to a P.O. box, please call 1-866-923-2884 for information.

We’re sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be filled to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
